I created The Howard Office to be intentionally small — giving me the time and space to provide care that’s personal, accessible, and built around an ongoing relationship.

We're intentionally keeping our membership small.
Why? Because “you can text your provider” doesn't mean much if your provider has hundreds of patients.
A smaller panel gives us room to answer the message, review the result, complete the form, fit you in when something comes up, and actually remember who you are.
