We evaluate and treat common illnesses and minor health concerns, including:

  • Sore throat, ear & sinus concerns

  • UTIs & urinary symptoms

  • Nausea, vomiting & diarrhea

  • Minor injuries, sprains & strains

  • Headaches & other common acute concerns

  • Minor infections

 

Same-day appointments are available when scheduling permits, in-clinic or virtually when appropriate.

 

If you need care beyond what we can provide, we won’t leave you wondering what to do next. We’ll help guide you to the appropriate specialist or higher level of care.

We encourage parents and guardians to share their questions and concerns and participate in appropriate parts of the visit. Teens are also given private time with their provider to talk openly, ask questions, and discuss their health confidentially within the limits of the law. Parents or guardians may be brought back for the physical exam and other appropriate portions of the visit.

Our goal is to create a space where teens feel heard, respected, and comfortable seeking care.

We evaluate and treat everyday skin concerns while recognizing how certain conditions may present and heal differently across skin tones.

We provide care for mild to moderate, uncomplicated concerns and can help connect you with behavioral health or specialty services when additional support is needed.

The Howard Office is not an emergency or crisis service.

Sometimes you already know what you need. Our self-pay testing-only option provides convenient testing without a full medical visit.

COVID + Flu + Strep Testing

COVID and flu testing are performed together, with strep testing performed when indicated.

Flat fee: $60

​

If evaluation or treatment beyond testing is needed, a medical visit may be recommended.

House calls are a self-pay service and are not billed to insurance. Availability is limited and based on location and the reason for your visit.
